Threadhopping: Yes, just be sensible about it.
Fourthwalling: If it's about the meme or about him being a fictional character, sure! But nothing about his mun please.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Serious political/historical stuff. It's Hetalia, you know what I mean.

Hugging this character: Yes, just don't expect him to like it unless they're very close, he's drunk and/or he wouldn't mind doing the horizontal tango with you.

Flirting with this character: Yes. He will probably flirt back unless you're a sheep or New Zealand (or both).
Fighting with this character: Absolutely! Friendly play-fighting, outright brawling, it's all good. If you're a human/animal/gif he won't use his full strength but against another nation he'll go all out as necessary.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor stuff you don't need to ask, major things just let me know before you do it. He heals pretty fast so don't expect him to have the injuries for very long.
Killing this character: Headcanon says he's used to dying a lot, so you can but please give me a heads up (either via pm or subject heading). I also reserve the right to say no if necessary but I probably won't. Try me!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes but no god-modding please, again checking with me will help.
Warnings:
He's an ocker who likes all the stereotypical things (beer, bbqs, sports, women) so he can get over-macho sometimes. He's young and tends to be reckless and charge in without thinking. Also, he's super-vulnerable to flattery.
